You can setup Flic Twist with four different actions. Push, double push, twist and push & twist. Each feature unlocks complete customization of your lights, music, blinds and all smart home devices.
Flic Twist in Action
Smart dimming adapts intelligently to vivid color scenes or different volume settings. For example you can now dim lights at different brightness, if your ceiling lamp is very bright and your side lamp is not, therefore dimming exponentially.
When rotating you can adjust brightness, color, or saturation simultaneously. Sequence the lights and even add events.
Flic Twist’s innovative Scene Blender mode allows you to preset up to 4 different light scenes. It fades smoothly between your scenes so you can select just the level in between that fits your mood for the moment.
The Selector allows you to select up to 12 custom triggers to activate or adjust. Each position is referred to as clock positions in the app, 1 to 12 o’clock.

The Twist is THE piece you were missing in your home automation setup. I have only scratched the surface of the features this product has to offer and they are just amazing. BTW, being able to control your Sonos speakers without an App is a feature that in itself is enough to get the Twist. Add being able to set the mood with dimmed lights at the same time and it becomes a killer product. I'm so happy with it and I'm looking forward to see what Flic will come up with next.
The Twist is a fantastic evolution of the Flic Button. Like the button it is very easy to setup especially forsimple integrations like on/off, volume, etc. It doesn't stop there, the configurations are nearly limitless, think up what you want to control and there is a very good chance you'll be able to do it with the Twist!
I've had the Flic Twist for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it. The software is running on a beta version at the moment so there's been a few times where it doesn't react to input, but most of the time it works great! I've even gone as far as to replace my standard light switch in the bedroom with a metal blanking plate, with the Philips Hue ceiling light wired on permanent and the Twist placed on the plate via the built-in magnet.We use it to operate the light, smart curtains and even trigger our daughter's lullaby. The magnet is strong enough for the Twist to not budge at all when using it.
